Same issues with post-processing turned on. Windows 7 64bit, AMD Radeon HD 6700, 8 GB RAM, 1920x1080 windowed. I can't test fullscreen/other resolutions because nothing saves on exit. If I change to fullscreen or any other options, they all revert back to default the next time the game is launched.

I can't get a true fullscreen to work at all. Every time I start the game it runs in a window that I have to drag down, but I still have the bar on the top and the taskbar on the bottom. Even if I change the option to fullscreen and restart, it still starts in a window. Specs: Windows 7 64-bit...
