Add on Packs 1, 2 and 3 lost
Tested this out this morning and all tables show for me too when not logged in to xbox live. If I'm logged in, packs 1-3 aren't available on launch of PA. -

I have the same problem as Matt describes. After exiting PA and restarting, the tables from packs 1-3 are gone. I deleted everything on Tuesday and downloaded anew but the problem persists.
