    Lost a year and a half of high scores. Logging out and back in didn't help. Update: restore from remote backup did the trick! Really glad that feature is there, as I never remember to back up locally.

    The ST:TNG table itself wasn't updated; just the app. If you want to avoid the problem, don't install the update at all.

    Good call. Screw it. I just went ahead and bought it too. I don't feel like waiting, and the reward wasn't really the point of backing the project anyway. Just wanted to make sure it happened, and it did, so it's all good. And now I'm off to play the new table!
