    Well, typically speaking, running in Windowed mode is harder on the GPU than running in full screen mode. That's not to say the Intel HD Graphics chipset isn't the issue, but it probably isn't a "power" issue.

    This worked for me. There was a notable difference in the reaction of the flippers. I'm on a laptop with the crappy Intel HD Graphics chipset currently, so my actual control over my video card is pretty limited. Still, I have some options to fiddle with... I'll let everyone know if I find anything.

    While the GUI is very functional, it's not friendly for front ends like GameEx or (sigh) HyperSpin. It would be really awesome if we could have some command lines that would open the game and automatically start a table. The icing on that tasty cake is if we could turn on some extra options like...

    Really? When I move my mouse, my pointer becomes active (even in full screen). That's... really weird. When you start the game and it says "Press Start" at the splash screen, click your mouse to start. For me, that activates my mouse and allows me to use it to make menu selections.
