    Williams Pinball Volume 6

The sound emulation on White Water still hasn't been fixed. That's absolutely unacceptable at this point, it's been over a year since it released and we know Zen can properly emulate the audio on this CPU (Black Rose, Getaway, and Fish Tales all sound great and were released before WH2O). I'm...

    Williams Pinball Volume 6

Nothing odd about that, Space Station has an amazing soundtrack!

    Williams' Collection Volume 6 guesses

Really excited for Space Station! Does Zen ever tweak settings on the Williams games from factory? I'm hoping they adjust the settings a bit, as Space Station is a bit too easy on default settings IMHO.

So really, What do you think is up with Zen?

If they were to add a table designer as robust as Future Pinball and add Steam workshop support alongside it, that would be incredible. Not getting my hopes up though.

    Not Zen at all

When discussing physics on mobile, it's important to make sure you've unlocked the pro physics. Unfortunately someone at Zen thought it would be a great idea to lock the good physics behind either getting a table to level 3 or spending some Zen coins. If you have enough Zen coins I'd definitely...

    Williams' Collection Volume 5 guesses

I haven't played the Universal pack, but I gotta say I'm very concerned with it becoming too easy as well from what I'm hearing. I definitely agree that the ball speed was a bit too fast in the previous packs, with some machines being particularly bad (Party Zone for example is insanely fast)...

Williams Classic Arcade flipper physics and ball weight and physics

Adding to what shutyertrap said, anyone who sends death threats over a leaderboard being reset doesn't deserve a spot anyways.

A free-to-play model that I feel could actually work for pinball.

Hmm, you have a point, haha. I suppose they could introduce other ways to earn credits like daily bonuses and watching ads. Really though I have no idea if a model like this would really be commercially viable, I just thought it would be interesting to see.

A free-to-play model that I feel could actually work for pinball.

With the release of the Williams Pinball app on mobile, I was pretty disappointed. I have the game on PC and Switch so I'm not really missing out on anything, but I would have bought a few packs to have on my phone had Zen just made them available for a fair price. I still can't get over how bad...

    Williams' Collection Volume 5 guesses

I really haven't had any issues with hitting the shots on those games. Whitewater does seem a bit more difficult than I'm used to, but once I got dialed in on Roadshow I was able to get some good games going. I'd probably be at the same point with Whitewater, but I've barely played it since they...

    Williams' Collection Volume 5 guesses

The Pinball Arcade never truly emulated the audio of games. Rather they recorded all the sounds and music and then played their own recordings back whenever the ROM called for a sound to be played. It was a decent solution, but wasn't fully authentic, since music channels wouldn't cut out when...

    Bug Whitewater Audio Issues

I don't know for sure, but the cymbals sound like they're done using FM Synth to me, unlike most of the other percussion which is clearly sampled. I think that would make sense given that all the other audio samples (Like the rest of the percussion) sound fine. And yeah, the CG Archives are...

    Bug Whitewater Audio Issues

No, the music you hear before starting the game seems to be a non-emulated recording of the Whirlpool multiball theme, and it sounds correct to me. It's once you start a game and the fully emulated audio kicks in that the issues begin. I don't think there's any issues with the music playing to...

    Bug Whitewater Audio Issues

Just got table pack 4, and unfortunately the audio issues I noticed from the streams are still present. The most noticeable issue is that the cymbals in the music sound really weird, almost like they're at a different pitch or something. It sounds really annoying. The music sounds correct in...

    Williams' Collection Volume 4 guesses

No no, that's not what I'm talking about. The voice clips and other recorded sound effects sounded fine, but many of the sound effects produced using FM Synth were off (The sounds that play when going through the outlanes/inlanes were some of the more noticeably off sounds in the stream), almost...

    Williams' Collection Volume 4 guesses

So I was watching the Dead Flip stream. Will the awful sound issues in Whitewater be fixed in the release build? I couldn't help but notice a lot of the sounds and even the music was off in Whitewater in whichever version he was playing.

    Williams' Collection Volume 4 guesses

Whitewater and Roadshow are easily in my top 10 favorite games, so this pack is definitely my favorite so far. Hopefully I'll end up enjoying Hurricane, haven't played it much, but most people seem to consider it pretty average.

    Williams' Collection Volume 4 guesses

I've played at least a hundred different pinball machines, and Whitewater remains in my top 3. There's definitely more to it than squiggly ramps!

Zen - Challenges mode with Deep physics?

I would love to see this as well as the ability to select physics for hot-seat multiplayer. At least in multiplayer's case it defaults to arcade physics, but I would love to also be able to play with tournament settings as well.
