If it helps, during the brief period where PA was active on Steam before the currency issue, I saw all my Kickstarter tables (TNG, TZ, T2) available for play. So, it should already be there once you login.
Ah, so they're all in time trial mode (even if you click "buy").
Clicking Buy after the popup window puts "Resuming game in 3... 2... 1" in the background, but nothing happens.
It's understandable, the backend for buying the tables needs to be in place before this can do anything.
Launching it led to a crash. Here's the report.

When I clicked "quit" on the error box it did launch the game, although in fullscreen with the wrong settings. Had to terminate the process. Launched the config, set that up, now it's working.

I'd love user-definable. I like the superglow effect, personally -- it's the retro-feel of being in a dark arcade when everything SEEMS to glow more than it probably actually is. But I can see that messing with the ability to score well, so for sitting down for a serious session, being able to...
The room I could care less about, but UI elements like fonts, buttons, logos, and such are very choppily scaled at high resolutions (no antialiasing) and it looks kinda... poop.
That's pretty low priority compared to making the game WORK, but it should be on the radar for future versions.
It's a nice trick, and I'll definitely be using it to get Dat Antialiasing when the game's released -- but for testing purposes I think we should stick with the default settings rather than force the game to do something it wasn't designed for. Otherwise bug reporting could get thrown off by...
The good news is I've been in and out of a bunch of tables and it hasn't happened again. (Or that may be bad news, since it means I can't nail down reproduction steps.) I've also scored high scores with no problems backing out to main menu, so that's probably not it.
