It's ridiculously hard and takes some nudging, but it's not impossible. I've only done it once.
A goal-related bugs I've noticed: on Scared Stiff, I scored the Spell save reward but it didn't register & clear the goal. It gave me the message and relaunched the ball and everything.

Good call guys, I totally stupidly forgot the right inlane rollover would be considered a target. I've had little success with the shot from the left flipper after the pass, but I guess I just need more practice with it. At least I know what shot to hone now. Thanks gents. :)

I've had this happen 3-4 times now, exact same behaviour. It gets stuck loading forever, but you can still back out of the leaderboards and so other stuff; however, when you try to exit the game, the PS3 seizes up and you have to hold the reset/off button to shut the system down.
