No. This is a well-known basic maintenance task for anyone operating a web service. It's unlikely to take more than 1-2 hours to correct. Seems like they still might not even be aware that it's broken.
Edit: They acknowledged it on Twitter and said it should be fixed this morning...
It's likely a different behavior across platforms. Either TPA isn't collecting analytics for the platform you're using, or they explicitly disabled cert validity checking on that platform. Hopefully the former, disabling cert validation is bad.
FarSight neglected to renew their TLS certificate. It has nothing to do with DST or location, and there's nothing you can do to fix it. FarSight has to renew their cert.
I haven't gone through every table, since I have the first three seasons, but many tables I've tried playing post-4.4.0 update crash on plunge.
