Stern are teasing a Bond 007 table

Wouldn't it be funny if it was a vault edition of the GoldenEye table they release under their Sega pinball brand?

    The Pinball Show

Thanks mate. It seems hoarding crap sometimes pays off. [emoji14]

Pinball FX (4) is EPIC Exclusive and Unreal Engine

Chris beat me to it but I also wanted to give Narc0lep5y props for this post. That was one of the most level-headed bits of discourse I've had the pleasure of reading about Epic since the announcement. Thanks for taking the time to put your case forward. [emoji106]

Pinball FX (4) is EPIC Exclusive and Unreal Engine

They just gave away Creature in the Well yesterday. That's a $40 title here on Aussie Steam! I'm mostly gaming on the Quest 2 at the moment. But I'll come back to PC at some point. When I do I'll have a library of titles waiting for me. I just went and added CftW to my Steam launcher so it...

Pinball FX (4) is EPIC Exclusive and Unreal Engine

I'm pretty sure that ODB123 is actually vpalmer. Based on his phrasing and antagonistic behaviour, the pattern fits.

Volume 6: Glitches and Slowdowns Galore

ODB123 Alpha-numeric displays are quite tricky to emulate, depending on how you draw them on-screen. When FarSight introduced their first batch of alpha-numerics (starting with Bride of Pinbot from memory) they had such a huge issue with performance across all their platforms that they needed...

That sounds pretty tasty. Apples from a local tree beat supermarket apples every time. No contest.

Zen Studios acquired by Embracer Group

They need a Tech Writer to do a copy edit for sure. I can still remember how rough the first 10 episodes of BlahCade were. [emoji14] So I think we should give them a chance to settle in before writing them off just yet. Des from Zen still reckons we'll get plenty of time with Mel, so we'll see...

Zen Studios acquired by Embracer Group

Its definitely going to be interesting for sure. Zen is at the level of maturity now that they need their own official voice where they can control the narrative to their own requirements. This direction they are taking is the right one. Bring on 2021. I reckon last year's drought downstream...

Zen Studios acquired by Embracer Group

Time will tell. I think this house-made show will be a certain flavour of Zen. What we do on BlahCade is a different type of flavour so I don't think we're going to be written out of the conversation just yet [emoji6]

    Arcade1up Star Wars pinball

I gave it a go and it's clear that this Stern app was made for VR first then ported (badly) to the other platforms. It's certainly not terrible. But it also has some issues. The lobby area looks great. The table change gimmick looks great the first couple of times you see it then you just...

    The Random Thought Thread

@wolfson you need to calm down dude. I know this is the random thoughts thread but the way you've been conducting yourself in this thread is well and truly in breach of the forum rules. Take a break from this thread for a while mate. Otherwise I'll need to dust off the moderator tools and make...

    Arcade1up Star Wars pinball

I'd love it if they did the same thing as Zaccaria Pinball and managed the VR aspect as a secondary module you could add on. Hmm I wonder if this is getting into "new thread" territory now. [emoji6]

    Arcade1up Star Wars pinball

I've recently been getting into VR (yep, late adopter due to cost and roomscale constraints). I got the Quest 2 working on PC rift (wired at this stage due to local network bandwidth topology issues). I tried out Zaccaria VR and I'm blown away by the feeling you get when playing pinball in VR...

    Arcade 1up Zen Pinball delayed

Arcade 1 Up confirmed on their social media accounts that it was shipping container loss related. We covered the news on BlahCade over the weekend. It's crappy news, but what should we expect from 2020. The year that "gives you plenty" (of pains in collective butts).

Got a chub just watching it. So much rippling rubber!

    Arcade1up Pinball?

What I think would be smart business is for Arcade 1Up to get a local cabinet builder to do the production assembly down here. It would be cheaper than importing.

    Arcade1up Pinball?

I'm honestly quite dubious whether we'll see these products down here wolfson After import duty, tax and other Aussie government grafts this is going to be at least $800 given the current exchange rate. And at that price, that's a bit too much to pay for me for games I already have on Steam...
