DX11 hanged on Mars Attacks!! :( (version 1.38.9 DX11)

PC version ugly, is PS4 better?
I got season 2 for PC because I liked whirlwind IRL back in the day. It seems the red flashing lights distract because they are not transparent enough? Overall the table looks a bit muted. Are other versions better than PC?- Fredrik Lundholm

What graphics card should I use?
Ai currently struggle with TPA on i7-620 with nvs-3100m. If I turn off all features it is almost playable on 1920x1200. Which graphics card will let me enable anti alias, ball reflection etc without slowing down? Also I would be grateful if there would be some reference speed so that I know...- Fredrik Lundholm
