Whatever causes the bug from the original post was not fixed with the update. But at least it's not a frequent bug. It would help the game feel more polished if the bug was remedied. But it's one I can live with. I've seen much worse in much more expensive retail games.
I don't think I've left the table and then returned to it later in the same session. Typically once I stop playing any table I don't return to it during the same session. I'll give that a try and see if it works. Thanks.
Has there been a change to CV regarding the neon light and menagerie ball color? I had read that the color of each changes every time you start TPA. But so far all I've seen is yellow and I have started the game several times.
Coolness!
While the PotC table is very fun and one I would be thrilled to see in TPA I think it would have to be one of the most expensive tables to bring to life because of licenses.
I have said more than once in this thread that I enjoyed the virtual arcade presentation in WHoF and would welcome a similar menu system for TPA.
I doubt there is enough money in TPA to start sharing the revenue with other studios.
Yeah, I thought the same thing. That's why I emphasized...
I agree Ozzpot that many games have lame and uninspired menus. For example, I am always surprised at how boring and unpleasing to the eye CoD's menu systems have been over the course of several games. Though game play is much more important than menus. However, when you see a well done menu...
I actually thought the virtual arcade found in WHoF was a cool feature. Somehow it helped the pins feel a little more real to me. I can remember walking through real arcades with the exact same carpet design found in WHoF. Ah, the nostalgia! I would welcome a similar "menu" system in TPA...
Yeah, that's good news for when FS goes license hunting. Because (and someone correct me if I am wrong) all Sega tables were designed around a licensed theme. And the same is true for almost every Data East table as well. I'm still holding out hope for a Guns N Roses appearance on TPA!
Yup, there are a lot of good tables on this list! Which is encouraging because TPA could continue to release non-licensed tables like these to keep the revenue coming in while working to acquire licensed tables.
How much fake money? :D
Assuming FS still holds the licenses to these tables I feel confident that they will come to TPA eventually. But sometimes licenses are acquired for a limited time or for a limited number of projects. So, there's no guarantee that FS still holds licenses for these...
I recently played Creature from the Black Lagoon (the actual table not the PBA version) for the first time. It's awesome sauce! I cannot wait to have this table available through TPA.
Just to be clear:
I made the original comment about the gravestone and said, "Lets not start etching the gravestone". I couldn't tell from your response whether you noticed the all important "not" in my reply. Like you I was trying to put people's fears to rest. But since you made the same...
I agree, Bowflex.
Concerning the poll in the original post I have a feeling the of the tables listed in the voting options The Adams Family would be the most logical choice. I'm sure the licenses for this game would be cheaper by a huge margin than the licenses for the other games. Also, TAF...
