Tom, is there anything that can be done about the lighting on the Stern tables in The Pinbal Arcade?
When they first came over they looked awesome, now they look really flat.
I know it's been mentioned quite alot on these forums but it doesn't look like it's been addressed as of yet.
When I asked Tom Devaney he said.
"WMS tables will not be included in the future tournaments from now on from what I currently know"
He answered a bunch of other peoples questions aswell, see link below...
Since the last thing we heard regarding the use of WMS tables in tournaments was that Farsight wouldnt be including them in any of their future hosted tournaments, I was wondering if anyone would be interested in holding tournaments within the forum community?
There are certain things that need...
I've finished modding? it. As per my original idea, I drilled a hole in each side and inserted 2 new buttons, unconnected the L1/R1 buttons on the arcade stick and connected them to the new buttons.
I don't think it warrants it, but I have taken a few pictures to show the results, if anyone has...
Even if Farsight got the license, Disney are very careful with their licensing.
When Dennis Nordman was on Topcast, he mentioned that when they got the licence to make the Pirates of the Caribbean pinball game, they only got the name, the voices, movie script and actors likeness' were all...
The only issue I have with the viper sticks i've seen, is that on one side it has a compartment to hold the usb cable which may get in the way of adding a button to it.
I've gone and ordered a Mayflash 300 stick and some extra buttons, once it arrives i'm going to set a stop watch and see how...
Thanks for the links. I might go for that one, although I can't seem to find anywhere that will supply the PS4 adapter, even on the european resellers websites.
I'd like to get an arcade stick, drill 2 holes in it, 1 in each side, and re route the L1 /R1 buttons accordingly.
Has anyone had any experience doing something like this? I know making one from scratch is an option, but I arn't to smart, and this to me sounds doable.
Sorry I was just kidding when I said he'd gone into hiding.
Like others here, I think it's really cool that he was addressing peoples issues, he doesn't need to do that, I'm assuming he's doing that out of the goodness of his own heart. All i'm saying is, it doesn't hurt to keep people in the...
I agree about the lighting, although I have a horrible feeling that Tom may have had to go into hiding due to the upsurge of bugs and issues surfacing, so it i'm not counting on a hotfix anytime soon.
Why is the lighting different on each table? Could they not implement something that works across the board, or is it with the Stern tables being introduced that has thrown everything out of whack?
I used to just type "pinball arcade forum" in a search engine to find the place, but noticed yesterday that the website wasn't showing up. I thought this website was called pinball arcade fans?, or is it just the logo that says that?
