Not sure if this is limited to PC, but here goes...
I cut together 2 videos showing this bug, which seems to follow the same pattern.
1 . sideways nudge releases the ball held in the lower right lock.
2 . shooting the lock again, locks the ball, but...
3 . if you drain a ball, the game gets stuck, thinking 2 balls are in play.
4 . tilting ends the ball, and starts the next ball as normal.
