It's a beautiful mess. The playfield is just a rip-off of Whirlwind but with worse flow. The music is absolutely psychotic. The artwork is all over the place in quality. The callouts are a weird mix of actual samples and terrible soundalikes. The DMD has some strange things going on. The T-Rex looks like crap (that mod is awesome, though). The modes are pretty bog-standard.
But it all comes together to create a fun, fast, challenging game. I used to think it sucks. I still think it's got a lot worth criticising. But I guess my skill level reached a point where I was able to play this game better and it became more interesting.
Still nowhere near my favorite DE table but it's charming.
