Not if it's pinball Sin. Still no art to show everyone (I know, I know...I'm working on it, I swear!), but I think I've finally got the playfield where I can put the spinners down without blocking four other shots; I've got the mess of inserts untangled near the bumpers - that Soul Burn hole has a lot of different things it can light for and not a lot of space nearby to put the inserts; and we may be going with a double inlane configuration on both sides. In addition to making the outlanes a little more humane (they were really wide before), it'll let me inject a little more variety. Ruleset nearly finalized...that is, until I/we can actually play it and discover it's completely unbalanced. First forum member participation segment coming soon - you don't need special talents for this one, just creativity. All those modes and features need dots...but before anyone can animate the dots, we need ideas...and that's where you come in. Some of the modes I have a pretty good idea of what I want it to look like (like Lust and Gluttony) but others I'm drawing a blank on (like Pride and Sloth). Don't blow up the comments section just yet...there will be another post with more details so we can keep this process manageable. We'll also be asking for ideas for on various parts of the playfield art soon - in particular, the center lights where the sin progress is tracked have a lot of empty space around them - room for little vignettes representing the sins. Until then, have fun with TPA, and keep those bug reports flowing - I'm hoping to get the last 5 tables' master issues lists done this weekend.
