So I have all DLC for 360, went back and purchased CV/FH on iOS, grabbed packs 5 and 6 on iOS....i might have to start buying it all up again for my GF's Galaxy SIII...even if i don't she's going to kill me.

What you need to do is buy discount gift cards.

iTunes cards are regularly 20% off ($50 card for $40) - from big dealers like Best Buy, Dell, Wal-Mart, etc.
Xbox 360 Microsoft cards are the same as well - if you're patient, you can get a $20 card for $15.

Alas, Google only started coming out with cards, so you'll have to see if Google will discount those.
I've never seen a PSN card on sale - so I never buy anything from Sony.

These are legit sales, and the discounts eat into the seller's margin, not the developer. Apple eats the iTunes discount (it comes out of their 30%), Microsoft ditto.
