Basically it's this site. The creator's goal is to provide reviews and synopsis' of every single episode of the Pokemon anime. It's a real challenge, because there's over 700 episodes of the show currently. But he did it. The creator not only adds a lot of expression into his reviews, but also does a whole bunch of dodgy comedy revolving around the characters and their actions. It looks like the reviews are split like this (using Episode 29 as an example):
Japanese Title + Episode Number ("Satoshi to Hikari! Taggu Batoru de Daijobu!?"; #497)
English Title + Episode Number ("The Champ Twins"; #493)
Pokemopolis Title ("Tag! You Suck!"; Fake title that sorta relates to the episode)
Dodgyness Rating (How good is the story from 1 to 5; here it is 3)
Animation Rating (Judging the company that did the animation and how good it looks; here it is also 3)
Story (Brief, often insane summary of the episode; "Ash and Dawn mess up a tag battle against a couple of little jerks.")
Team Rocket (Synopsis of Team Rocket's plan, how it was reacted to in particular; "Cowboy love isn't what it used to be.")
Moral Learnt (The moral of the episode. If there isn't a visible one, it will typically be one relating to a problem, like "Holding a boom mic isn't as easy as it looks.")
Dodgy Synopsis (The main summary and review of the episode. Captioned, select pictures are used here).
Best Quotes (You guessed it, the best quotes from this episode; here they weren't any)
