I can't see much wrong with the graphics. The lighting is a little flat but we all know a major update to that is imminent which will bring it bang in line with the PS3. Should look a whole lot better then. And we really are spoilt that it's in 1080P. It's only one of four 1080P games I have in fact (the others being NBA Homecourt, Feeding Frenzy 2 and Joyride Turbo). I don't think it's fair to compare it to a PC game because PC games generally look as good as the infinitely upgradeable hardware will allow. The 360 is not an upgradeable platform, and a nearly 7 year old one at that. It does have it's limitations, and some sacrifices need to be made. Having a smooth 60fps frame rate is very important in a pinball game. Frankly I think they've worked miracles having real-time 3d rendered graphics, with real-time reflections even on the ball, real-time lighting, all running in 1080P AND at 60fps. The only thing I can really compare it to fairly is Pinball FX2. It's certainly true that PFX2 looks a lot more polished. The graphics look shinier, smoother. But it is only running in 720P. More importantly, it's the second revision of the game. It's come on a long way since PFX1. If you're going to make a comparison, compare TPA with PFX1, and I think you'll rate them about the same graphics-wise. I think you'll find the TPA DLC looks better and better as time goes by. Personally I can't wait for Cirqus Voltaire. That's the prettiest table I've ever seen in my opinion, especially when you see an LED conversion of one. Stunning. I'm sure when I finally get to see that I'll be just as enchanted as I was the first time I saw one in the real world.
