Mac - Bug Updated tables not downloading?

I just updated TPA to 6.4.0 via the Mac App Store (Yay! Doctor Who!), and I've noticed that there appear to be a couple of updated tables that are not downloading.

Eight Ball Deluxe appear to have updated, and downloaded just fine, although Indy 500, and Doctor Who Regen simply display a flashing progress bar, and the tables do not download.

My problem is different, but relates to updates as well. I use the Mac App store and I downloaded the update and bought Doctor Who on my MacBook Pro, but the App Store on my Mac Pro doesn't show the update yet and it's been more than a day. I thought this was odd but I don't have any idea how the store works.

I usually buy the new tables as soon as they are released. The newest version of Pinball Arcade (6.5.0) should include Bone Busters but it doesn't come up the season listing so there is no way to buy it.

I also noticed Doctor Who Regen in the update part but seems that is a mistake, the game hasn't been released yet.
