Android - Request Android Button Question

A question for developers or anyone that may know how to do it:

I play TPA on android on a Galaxy Note 2, and would like to know if there is any way to disable the menu and back buttons only while TPA is active so I can keep my thumbs at the very bottom and not hit them.

Use 'Ultimate Rotation Control' app - trial available here... https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=nl.fameit.rotate&hl=en
This allows your devices screen to be locked in any orientation, and does not require root permissions.
Lock your screen 180° so you are planning with the phone upside down, therefore the buttons are now at the top of the screen.

I do a similar thing with my N7 so the speaker is at the top.
