A question for developers or anyone that may know how to do it:

I play TPA on android on a Galaxy Note 2, and would like to know if there is any way to disable the menu and back buttons only while TPA is active so I can keep my thumbs at the very bottom and not hit them.

This allows your devices screen to be locked in any orientation, and does not require root permissions.
Lock your screen 180° so you are planning with the phone upside down, therefore the buttons are now at the top of the screen.

I do a similar thing with my N7 so the speaker is at the top.
