I'm very pro adding the SPA tables. SPA is basically the same game as TPA, only as a separate app for Stern marketing reasons. As Kolchak said, the duplicate tables should be listed only once, of course. I doubt that there'll be many people rating the TPA and SPA version of the same table...

Hmm, maybe they fixed it for my account specifically, as I had an email conversation with them about the issue. Before they mentioned that they fixed it, they said that they are going to address the issue with an app update coming on Friday, so you probably have to wait until then.

They were able to resolve it without an app update. You may have to log out and back in. Both season 6 tables + AF Gold are back for me.
