I find it incredible that they release this without even noticing basic mistakes like, ahem, no working high score table, skull looks rubbish etc... How on earth do they manage to miss such fundamental flaws? It boggles the mind. Are they using our money to take drugs or something?
I would just like the launch buttons on the tables on iOS 7 to actually work instead if having to use the launch button in the top right hand of the screen. They used to work, but none of them do since I installed Black Knight 2000.
Device: iPad 3, ios 7
Bug Description: Can't launch ball in Attack From Mars
Steps to Reproduce: I'd played Black Knight 2000 first. Difficult to tell the cause as plunger now permanently unusable
Frequency: 100%
Great fun table, but I find the outlanes pretty unforgiving on this one. I haven't had such wildly different scores on a table since pin bot. In this case though, I at least think I have the ball under control when it irritates me by suddenly changing its mind and plunging down an outlane...
What am I doing wrong? I never get a nudge of any consequence and the most annoying thing about these tables to me are the constant SDTM drains. Where are the nudge options?
Fair enough PiN WiZ. Of course I'm just very grateful TPA exists at all and that you've evidently put so much work into these polls, and thank you very much for that. I was just throwing an idea out in case a bit of it made sense or got people talking. Whatever keeps TPA going has to come first...
I agree. Apart from tables which require a license, in which case of course prioritizing spending is a major factor, how about changing the voting criteria? Maybe machines should be grouped by system or era rather than manufacturer? This would give TPA a good broad historical view of pinball and...
As far as I know, all of the artwork for Zaccaria tables was by Lorenzo Rimondini, but he might not have done every one and of course there's no shortage of good artists in Italy.
I certainly agree they do look very distinctive and are all lovely. Regardless of the theme of the table they all...
The first two mid-voting results only came out late on a Sunday afternoon GMT over here for some reason, so I just expected the fifth to be the same without reading the small print on this one. Now I know to have a good look in future and set my alarm.
I hope the 70's EM machines did ok, just...
Whaaaaat? You closed the poll results at midday? You don't even usually publish them until about 4pm! I was really looking forward to seeing the results for this one :-(
Edit:
Dang! Just realized my mistake. Should have read the blurb.
As a previous poster said in another poll thread, roulette makes much more sense on a pinball machine than the endless card-game themed ones. I would have liked MC on the list too. I'd like to see as much variety as possibly on TPA regardless of wether they necessarily come high on IPDM polls or...
I just tried your settings and the games are so much better to play. I agree with night. Thanks very much for posting these settings. They work on all of the tables for me. They should be the default settings. :-)
