Android - Bug Galaxy Note 10.1 / Mali 400 blurry textures

If you need any beta testing for this issue, let me know, i have a Galaxy S2 and Galaxy Note 10.1 with MP400 to test against. (And decent amounts of free time, as i'm currently 'between jobs'.)

Android - Bug Galaxy Note 10.1 / Mali 400 blurry textures

Thanks for the replies Ryan, good to see that some companies still care these days! So, wait, the S3 driver has the extension !? That's shoddy coding from Samsung then.. (Time to go off and pulls the mali.ko drivers from some S3 rom for experimenting.) In that case, i guess we must bother...

Android - Bug Galaxy Note 10.1 / Mali 400 blurry textures

As there's so many Mali-400 devices out there, like i suggested, an option to turn this filtering on/off in the menu could not be implemented then? It would solve the problem for lots of end users. There's millions and millions of Samsung devices out there with this chipset (Galaxy S2, S3...

Android - Bug Galaxy Note 10.1 / Mali 400 blurry textures

The actual hardware does not offer this filtering. I could be done in software.. most mali400 are bundled with quad- or dual core cpu's as well. There's a lot of mali-400 based devices out there. I could only find support for this type of filtering on Tegra for now.. A fix could be to disable...

Android - Bug Galaxy Note 10.1 / Mali 400 blurry textures

Thanks for your reply Ryan! I took another screenshot, because i don't know what i should be looking for. And, missing from the picture itself, GL_EXT_discard_framebuffer. I don't know exactly what category i should be looking at for the Anisotropic filtering.. :) (If there's anything i...

Android - Bug Galaxy Note 10.1 / Mali 400 blurry textures

Any idea why my top-of-the-line quadcore Mali MP400 GPU that comes with the Exynos SoC renders like this? I drew the white line so you can see where the texture for the playfield is blurry and no longer rendered correctly.. Images are clickable. The last image speaks for itself i'd think. (look...

    PS3 DLC Impressions

There's no such thing anymore as a 'YouTube account'. Google bought them in 2006, and these days there is one integrated 'Google account (@gmail.com)' for mail, youtube, docs, plus and so on. So really, many many many people have an account that they can use to comment on YouTube :)

Isn't the Tiger Saw supposed to be animated?

I'm guessing things like this were considered, but not how 99% of the people played the game in the wild instead of in home :) Same goes for things like - Home roms - Twilight zone third magnet mod like the proto had. - ?

Request Release Date Pinball Arcade on PS3 and PS Vita Europe?

You don't need to change the email of the main user. You need a new (local) user on the ps3.. this has no PSN id attached to it so you can add the PSN id there. So, first, you create a new user on the PS3, this will be a local user and can have any name. Sign in with that user on the PS3 (go...

Do you prefer the new lighting on the original tables?

Having played both in a dark arcade, and in my home, a darkly lit room was much better for seeing backlit table inserts and the DMD. But i also would like a switchable option to choose :)

Request PS3 ToM suggestions & fixes thread @farsight

I've owned several pins over the years, and one of my favorites was ToM that held its spot in our home for two years. Replaced it with a TZ, which i later sold. Yes, i'll regret that forever, but that's not the reason for this thread :) I'm posting a list of 'bugs' aka improvements that i run...
