A friend has an issue with his EM table (Gottlieb's Quick Draw)

So, a friend of mine acquired a Gottlieb Quick Draw machine from someone a number of years ago. He recently turned it on again for the first time in a few years and it only made a repeating clicking noise.

I have zero experience with EMs, so do any of you have any idea what could be wrong?

Is there anything I can tell him he should check for?
