The controller has worked fine up until a couple of days ago. First it was only the dx11 version that it didnt work with. Exiting and starting dx9 instead made the controller work again. Back to dx11 and not working. Tried this a couple of times back and forth.
I have opted out of the beta. I did a "Verify integrity of Game Cache.." in Steam which told me 2 files needed to be updated or something.
After that, the controller no longer works in either dx9 or dx11...
Keyboard still works, though...
Controller still works great with no issues in Zen Pinball and other games.
