I've been trying to contact them over the last week and I keep getting emails bounced back to me:
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
support@pinballaracade.com
Technical details of permanent failure:
DNS Error: Domain name not found
They said to use this email address when contacting them regarding credit for tables purchased before purchasing the Season Two Pass.
Anyone know what to do in this situation?

OK.. I figured it out... They spelled their email wrong in their Facebook post..

"We realize that there are customers who have already bought Season Two content that may want to take advantage of the Season Two Pack discount. We would like to offer anyone who buys a Season Two pack that has already purchased Table Pack 11, 12, or 13 a credit equal to the price you paid for the individual table packs, good for anything we sell (now or in the future). Please email customer support at support@pinballaracde.com with your FarSight user name to claim your credit."
