I never noticed the corrupt sound in high roller but I can confirm it's there for me as well.

yeah, there's a corrupt beep sound in high roller since first version and I wonder if it is a bug.

Edit: it sounds more like a digital artifact, like when you cut audio file at non zero crossing point.

I also feel Dinner's sound kinda muffled compare to other tables (iPad Air).

That sounds pretty typical for TPA–you only get a tilt warning after 2 nudges in fairly quick succession.

Just wondered if the real table is that forgiving. Cause on my phone usually 3 fast nudges will tilt, on other tables. Unless it's El Durado which is super sensitive. But you're probably right because it varies depending on the device also.

Same on the iPad 3. As soon as you go into manage tables it crashes. I hope they can fix this soon!

Maybe not a bug, but would be nice to move the clock to the upper right side in Portrait - same as landscape. As it is now, the clock covers half the cup.

What's weird is that it was in the right place in the previous beta. The clock in Landscape mode needed to be tweaked, which they did, but in the process messed up the Portrait clock.

I doubt it has anything to do with the iOS version since I have the following devices and NONE of them crash when accessing Manage Tables, either with the Paid or the Free (limited testing however on the Free version) version:

iPhone 5, iOS 7.1.2
iPad mini, iOS 7.1.2
iPad mini Retina, iOS 7.1.2
iPad 3, iOS 6.1.3
iPad 4, iOS 7.1.2

Note that testing was done NOT logged into either Game Center or Farsight's servers (I pretty much always play offline). Maybe this could be the issue? Try logging out of both Game Center and Farsight's servers and see if the crash persists.
