Now that I'm able to get rid of the slow-down problem, I thought I'd play around with different graphics settings to see how that affected gameplay. So far, I have the antialiasing set at 8x. Ironically, the table looks no different from when it was set at 2x. Game play doesn't seem to be affected at all.
I'm having no luck changing the Level of Detail, though. When I start TPA, the Level of Detail reads "1". If I go to change it, my options are "Low" and "High". That makes no logical sense, but be that as it may, if I change the setting to "High" it immediately reverts back to "1". Is the Level of Detail setting simply a tease?
