"New' graphics card causes TPA to crash

I upgraded from a GTX560 to an HD 6950 so I could run all three monitors in my cabinet build. Everything was working dandy with the nvidia card and two monitors. I installed the Radeon card, installed the latest driver, and TPA DX11 now immediately crashes on launch. Any ideas what the issue could be? I tried it with just a single monitor enabled and still no dice.

Did you run the TPA config tool again before launching the game?
This is needed after every major display setting change.

Ran config tool - no dice.

Booted into safe mode - ran Display Driver Uninstaller and uninstalled all the graphics drivers - reinstalled just Radeon driver - no dice.

Deleted TPA save file - no dice.

My PC is running other games like Pinball FX2 just fine (although now with more lag - I'll deal with that later).

Any other ideas?

Did you completely remove the Nvidia drivers? I would try this:
1. Remove Nvidia drivers (if still present) and then restart your computer
2. Remove AMD drivers and uninstall the video card from the Device Manager and then restart your computer
3. Reinstall the AMD drivers

You may want to consider installing and running CCleaner, as a general Windows performance tweak as well.

Yeah. Very thoroughly clean all drivers and start over.
I had a 6950 too and no problems.
Try reinstall TPA?! Make backup of saves ;)
