Whaaaaat? You closed the poll results at midday? You don't even usually publish them until about 4pm! I was really looking forward to seeing the results for this one :-(

They are revealed on Saturday, not Sunday. It usually seems to be around 10-11 AM, Eastern Time.

I voted. Def one for street fighter 2. I fhave fallen in love with a beat up version at my bowling alley and its a fun target oriented pin with good use of the theme.

I am sad to not see super mario world on the list that is a great pin.

The first two mid-voting results only came out late on a Sunday afternoon GMT over here for some reason, so I just expected the fifth to be the same without reading the small print on this one. Now I know to have a good look in future and set my alarm.

I hope the 70's EM machines did ok, just because Gottlieb were really the best at those in their heyday. They were the finest examples of their kind at the time.

You're right. It is obvious that especially 'Haunted House' will be in the top three and I don't want to push it even further with my vote. I

So when does the poll close, Saturday?

Because I was sure the poll used to close on Sundays and then last time it closed on a Saturday.

Polls close late Saturday night - early Sunday morning. The new poll will follow shortly thereafter.

This poll is in the home stretch now. If you haven't voted yet, get to it!

Stern /Data East / Sega poll is next. I'm curious to see what pins are in that group of 30.

Sports-themed tables featuring Chicago players or teams:

Power Play (Black Hawks, one of the first tables with an up-post between the flippers, 1978, Bally)
Chicago Cubs "Triple Play" (the first alphanumeric display, 1985, Premier)
Frank Thomas' Big Hurt (1995, Premier)

You'd think there was some sort of connection between Chicago and pinball. :D

Did I miss any?
