So where do I go to guess with others about the table hint?

The one that would arrive in the newsletter. Like I remember one had a cartoon about the asking what the capital of Indiana is and lo and behold; we get a Indianapolis table.

What Kolchak said, but here's a little more. The hint is usually solved VERY quickly, so the hint talk happens for only about an hour after people start getting the email with the hint. That email comes out usually within a day or two of a table release. The next table release, Table Pack 52, should happen this Friday (July 29) or the Friday after that.
