Steam's DLC tab/packs not showing

My exact thoughts. I guess I'm giving my money to FS twice. That won't be happening for awhile though

I contacted Steam Support who simply refused, twice, to move the 'Game Transactions' over to the officially recognised 'Store Transactions' (even though I own the DLC and its logged as such, just in an unconventional way that I dislike). There's no way to fix this as a regular user.
