You can re-vote?

I'm going to have to adjust some of mine. After spending a little more time on T2 and Whitewater, I need to give them a bump. I finally get it with those 2 tables.

Then I have to report myself :) Far from me to try to convert people but this table has grown on me. I like the strategy that is involved in how to spend your max 6 balls, and I really like how this not leads to daylong games and absurd highscores. Also there is something very satisfying in keeping those 4 ball MB's going. That video mode is quite distateful though, and I'm not particularly into motorcycles and the whole macho theme thing.
On the other hand I think that anybody who likes dr. Dude should be commited to a psych ward for a thorough evaluation.... :), but hey, ride to live and live to ride man!

+1!

And one day or another u should work ur Dr Dude coz keepin those only 2 ball MB goin for a LONG time is also satisfying ;)

Well I'm working my way through the seasons to up my scores to HOF level, so I'm bound to encounter the Dude again. I'm tempted to stay in season one long enough to get Big Shot to 1000 HOF points, just to avoid to having to deal with dr. Dude again.....:)

Multiball as a punishment. Neverending identical ramp shots.

What would have been a great play area obstructed by that stupid cue-ball and lame cue-stick gimmick. There is a lot good about this game but they really screwed the pooch with that center piece gimmick.

And for those of you giving Genie, Centaur and Gorgar 1's, just go back to playing video games because you clearly are not fans of pinball.

Agree for Genie and Centaur (this one has only its artwork that saves the day), but what's wrong with Gorgar?

Nothing, I think Gorgar is great. It's a perfect example of the tables at that time. It's not cluttered, it plays smooth, it's got all the personal preferences I like in a game (plunger, drop targets, bumpers not hidden underneath ramps and toys, a cool art style and sound, no cheap videogame gimmics, toys or annoying obstructions.) I give it 9/10. I am told the scoring is weird which is a valid complaint but I rarely focus on scoring. I focus on accomplishments which are clear on Gorgar and don't usually rely on luck. I also have a personal preference for it because I remember being in a pizza place when I was 7 years old and finding the artwork and devil voice really creepy.

My Pinball Arcade table ratings
——————————
9 — Attack from Mars - Destroying MARS is the high point of this table. Love all the modes. Destroying Saucers and MB goodness.
9 — Black Rose - This one surprised me. Never played a real one and I love shooting that hole in the top. Accurate shots galore.
9 — Cactus Canyon - Get ready Get set..... DRAW. Love those target shots. HIGH NOON is where it's at. Many may not like this table it's fun as heck
9 — Diner - As one of the newer tables released the physics are getting better and better.
9 — Medieval Madness - Quirky goodness. Castle shots. Multiball MADNESS galore. I have an absolute blast!
9 — Monster Bash - Stacking modes galore. MONSTER BASH and strategy to get there is so fun,
9 — No Good Gofers! - HOLE IN ONE!!! The best shot in all of pinball.
9 — Ripley's Believe It or Not! - So much to do and getting to Atlantis? Yeah baby. Definitely have to work for it.
9 — Space Shuttle - Again Williams had by far my favorite Table designers working for them. I played this a ton back in the day and is great in TPA
9 — Star Trek: The Next Generation - Final Frontier is where it's at. And all those balls coming out for MB. Way cool
9 — Taxi - My favorite of the older Williams tables. Nostalgia for me.
9 — Terminator 2: Judgment Day - A great Premiums table. It plays well and a great adaption.
9 — Theatre of Magic - My favorite of the first pack. Getting Grand finale is the best experience I've had in TPA
8 — Centaur - What I love about this table is it's unique approach to MB where it require accurate shots to start one and get all 5 balls going.
8 — Firepower - Again Williams made some great tables in that ERA. Loved it then Love it on TPA
8 — Fish Tales - A fun fast table. Shooting those center ramps consistently is quite fun.
8 — Flight 2000 - As one of the first stern tables, it's quite fun. Love the fact that you have to be accurate with the shots and find ways to light BLAST OFF!
8 — Funhouse - Probably one of the better tables physics wise. I recall harping how unnatural the physics were in the first few packs. This was the best and felt quite natural
8 — High Speed - Fast fun and a great adaption of the real table.
8 — The Machine: Bride of Pin•Bot - as the second table pack it's quite good. Despite the only thing to do on the table is shoot the left ramp over and over and over again.
8 — Scared Stiff - Getting SCARED STIFF is fun when you make accurate shots.
8 — Whirlwind - A well made representation of the real table I thought. one of my favorites of season 2
8 — White Water - Ramps whirlpool, one of my favorites of season 2.
7 — Black Knight 2000 - Soundtrack hands down. Gameplay is pretty good too.
7 — Creature from the Black Lagoon - A classic coming to life in virtual form. fun.
7 — High Roller Casino - I was surprised by this table it's actually quite fun.
6 — Black Hole - As one of the first tables in the first pack, it still gets me playing it again.
6 — Black Knight - It's fun to play one of the first tables that hot me into pinball back in the 80's. It's pretty decent.
6 — The Champion Pub - Love the gimmicks and that's about it.
6 — Class of 1812 - Maybe it's because of my music background, hearing the 1812 overture in the background is cool.
6 — Cue Ball Wizard - surprised me. This is fun.
6 — Elvira and the Party Monsters - although a but easy some of the quirky lines keeps my interest.
6 — Gorgar - probably one of the best single ball tables I've played. I don't like single ball tables and this is the only one I like.
6 — Junk Yard - interesting layout. Lots to do.
6 — Lights...Camera...Action! - Actually think this table should be a 4 I missed that mark.
6 — Pin•Bot - Classic albeit easy
6 — Tales of the Arabian Nights - as one of the tables in the first pack, It's great but I don't play it that often
6 — Tee'd Off - nowhere near what No Good Golfers is. Still fun.
6 — Victory - a Cool table yet
6 — WHO dunnit - As many of the 6 tables it's good. Solving the crimes seems to be the only allure to me for some reason.
5 — Cirqus Voltaire - could be better
5 — Dr. Dude - average table sounds and sights hurts my ears/eyes
5 — Harley-Davidson Third Edition - actually a pretty decent table. I like the MB modes.
4 — The Twilight Zone - Actually don't see the fascination I might have the same reaction when Adams family hits. Overrated
3 — Big Shot - It's ok if you're into older tables
3 — Haunted House - No MB = meh yet I like the upper playfield
1 — Central Park - No MB = meh
1 — El Dorado City of Gold - No MB = meh
1 — Genie - No MB = meh
1 — Goin' Nuts - I'm stickler for MB but this table? Hmmm

IMHO, rankings should have as many below average as above average. This isnt a parent teacher conference where everyone's little baby is above average except the one problem child and just plain ugly kid, "Yeah I am looking at you Goin Nuts' parents and El Dorado's parents!!"

Funhouse is a below average table at best.
No, Funhouse is fun. But in TPA sucks a bit because of terrible ball (un)visibility when it comes down to upper flipper.
And for those of you giving Genie, Centaur and Gorgar 1's, just go back to playing video games because you clearly are not fans of pinball.
+1
Genie and Gorgar are great tables and visually stunning. Centaur visually isn't my cup of tea but that unique gamplay makes up for it.

FH is mostly stop-and-go when I play and the ball physics lack random more than on other tables. The real table is pretty mean. The similar Whirlwind plays different.

That's not how a mathematical average works, though. : o The current average score is 6.637. Math, crazy stuff, eh? : D

And if you're saying that people should figure out their scores so that they balance out perfectly around the number 5 or their own average or whatever, well, everyone is free to organize their ratings however they like! Someone could give every table a 10! Hopefully they would only do that if they really felt that way about them, of course. ^_^

That's not what I am saying at all smbhax. You obviously miss my point. There is no reason to be rude.

Added Bram Stoker's Dracula to the survey!

In the past month, AfM has nudged past MB into second place, and last month's table, Diner, has settled in at #29.

Shocked @ Black Rose placing so high, that shot gets so monotonous. Its like a war of attrition trying to get high scores on that thing.

Thought for sure Junkyard would place higher, probably my favorite S3 table.

Black Rose Surprised me. It's actually a real cool table. I think it's because of the theme. Junkyard didn't grab me. Of course all this is a matter of opinion. So Far BSD, Diner, High Speed, and Black Rose are the better tables of this season. Again personal taste.
