Xbox Controller Stopped Working?

Is anyone else now unable to use their wired Xbox 360 controller after a recent update? I can use it to navigate through the menu, but once I start a game it won't let me use the plunger. I'm using default settings, but I've noticed the controller menu no longer recognizes any inputs - so I can't even map new button commands!

It's working fine for me. Did you try switching which USB port its plugged in to?

Well that was a stupid simple fix. Switched to a different USB port and everything worked fine. Switched back to the first USB port and everything was still working. Thanks.
