Dissapointed in the graphics (XBOX360)

Maybe it depends on wiring, if you don't see the problem on your setup. I assure you Pinball Arcade is exceptionally aliased and looks really bad in 720p compared on any other game on my 360, to the point it's distracting and hurts readability. 1080i shouldn't be noticeably better, since it's not even my native TV resolution, but it does on Pinball Arcade, and not any other game. It's weird.

If the differences are that noticeable, a good camera will show it. Would you mind taking some pics so we can see the jaggies? Maybe compare PHOF to PA tables, side by side.
