I really don't agree - it is the same damn game, after all. I've already bought... uh... three different versions of several season one tables, with potentially a fourth to come. Paying full price every single time does irritate me. If I knew there was a discount structure in place for buying the same tables on multiple platforms, I would be more inclined to buy EVERY table instead of just the ones that interest me. As it stands, there are a lot of tables I don't own for any system. I would have been entirely willing (and happy) to pay three times the price for a table if that meant I could have it on every platform on which it is published. That would mean the tables I already own three times (IOS, PS3, PS4) would now be available for me on PC as well.

That said I'll probably end up buying my favourite tables yet again, so why would they change the business model. GG Farsight.
So if someone buys titan fall on the 360 or fifa 2015 on the 360 they shoukd get it for xbox one as well?

I mean same game and stuff.

It doesn't work that way it's not the same game and the ps3/vita cross buy was actually pretty generous.

Those are full retail games though.

Not a platform to sell DLC. I think its reasonable to expect 30$ for all three platforms considering plenty of downloadable games have done it for half the price.

Tpa
those are full retail games though. I like the way you think buddy, $30 dollars for all three platforms is a perfect price. I would only add that the extra work that's gone into the ps4 version should be used as an incentive for those customers considering buying tpa for their next gen system. Including the ps4 version in cross buy for current customers would be a sign of appreciation that we even gave tpa a chance to have a place on our systems. Tpa is a game based on real tables, but that's all it is. $30 is very reasonable.

The #1 competitor in the marketplace - Zen - does it. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect something remotely similar be done with TPA.

Yes it is unreasonable to EXPECT it. Just because someone else does it. Also, the platform doesn't matter even with dlc it's a get what you pay for deal. 5$ gets you a table or two depending on the season on one platform. That's what you agreed to pay and receive when you bought it and that's what you get.

I plan on getting the Season 2 and 3 passes eventually when they're made available for $29.99 each, but Farsight doesn't even give me that option for being a PS 4 customer.:p

I agree with you. I don't expect it. I actively chose not to buy season 2 or 3 for the PS 3/Vita. I moved on to the PS 4. Would I like to have all the tables available on my Vita too? Sure. I just can't afford to double dip at full price. So I decided to just to buy them for the PS 4. Now if they offered a 50% discount on the PS4 season if you payed full price for the season on the Vita/PS 3, like they did for Season 1, then sure I would pay the extra. Farsight does not owe me anything, but at that the same time they're only getting one purchase out of me as well. I'm sure there are plenty of Vita/PS 4 players out there that would buy both if their was a discount. It just feels like FS is leaving money on the table.

I only really play on the Vita anymore, so I'd LOVE to see cross-buy with Vita and PS4.

I'm not holding my breath though.

Ultimately, yes, that's what I would love to see too. Probably too much of a mess to fix now with the PS 3 / Vita crossbuy currently in place. So no, I won't be be holding my breath either. 2 less TPA players in the world if we did. Can't afford or justify paying full price for both either.

I used to be able to justify buying both, and I thought after the super-patch the vita version would carry on being awesome. After being burned by the BK2K plunger/magnasave bug, crappy display & Who dunnit's awful solid ramps I'll be sticking purely to the PS4 version.

Season 3 bundle available but is incomplete. The last 4 tables are still missing. Anyone have a date for those missing tables? Even the bundle description lists Dracula, LCA etc as part of the download.

All they have said is some time this month for NA, and maybe two weeks later for Europe, although they're trying to get Sony Europe to shorten that additional delay.

I'm so happy now that i didn't buy that season 3 bundle, i was really curious about it. I couldn't help but be a little upset about it to though because i didn't see the last four individual season 3 tables. Thank you for finding out about this minor detail that TPA forgot to mention. ZP2, new Venom pinball here I come
